2001
The
fourth Indian Food and Technology Fair, Foodpro 2001 will be held from December
8th to 11th this year at ITPO Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai. Held for the first
time at this newest exhibition centre, the four day exhibition will host a
series of conferences and investment seminars, technical sessions and technology
forums, parallel events and food festivals. With facilities like meeting lounge,
business centre, information centre and the likes, the Exhibition will focus on
Food & Food processing, Dairy, Beverages, Meat and Poultry, Fruits &
Vegetables, Bakery & Confectionery Industries.
Organised
by the Confederation of Indian Industry, Foodpro 2001 will feature a wide range
of technologies, equipments and machinery for processing, manufacturing, refrige-ration,
food packaging, dairy, agro and related products. Besides, the show will also
display a wide range of agro dairy products as well as packaged and processed
foods.
Set
to see the participation of more than 150 exhibitors from the food, dairy and
associated industry, the exhibition will atract all the players in the agri,
food and dairy sectors from all over India. The Foodpro 2001 in essence would
present a platform to source new technologies and equipment for procesed food
and dairy industry apart from providing opportunity to develop never markets.
