The
decade old company Elegant Engineers in engaged is the manufacture of Automatic
Form-Fill Seal Machine, Semi Automatic Machine, Horizontal Type Pouch Sealing
Machine, Automatic Multitrack - Form - Fill - Seal Machine, Automatic Candy
Wrapping Machine and Horizontal Type General Purpose Wrapping Machine.
The
automatic form fill-seal machine and semi automatic machine are capable of
packing different types of products. Depending on the nature of products, the
machines have been manufactured accordingly. For instance, automatic form fill -
seal machine for powder and granules can pack products like powders, granules,
tablets, tea, pulses, spices, pan masala, tobacco, gutka etc., whereas,
automatic form - fill - seal machine for liquid and semi liquid effectively
packs products like water, oil, soap, wine, fruit juice, shampoo, lotion etc.
Both these machines are made of stainless steel and weigh around 380 kg. Semi
automatic machine from Elegant's stable include semi automatic machine for
powder and granuler and semi automatic machine for liquid and semi liquid. The
former is suitable for all types of granular and powder products such as tea,
coffee, spices, tobacco, rice, sugar, cereals, milk powder, dry fruits, nuts,
soap, powder, detergent powder, chemicals pesticides, insecticides etc. Meant
for continuous operation, the machine can seal any type of pouch made of
laminates or virgin films. With all contact parts made of stainless steel, the
machine incorporates a filling system and a sealing system. The filling system
can be volumetric cup filler or an auger filler. The sealing system on the other
hand consists of a conveyor belt on which filled pouches are placed. Thereafter,
the filled pouches automatically pass through the sealing jaws and forced air
cooling unit, ensuring a perfect seal. The semi automatic machine meant for
liquid and semi liquid packing is suitable for packing all types of liquid and
semi liquid such as edible oil, mineral water, fruit juice, soup, wine, liquor,
honey, shampoo, liquid soap, lotions, creams etc. The salient features of the
machine include state-of-the-art dosing,
heat sealing and hot embossing system.
